OMGosh!! Jake saved the day!! I took my 30 yr old Viking Husqvarna 300 sewing machine in and I thought for sure it was kapoot! $145 later and it runs like a dream! Turnaround time was AWESOME!!! 5 hours and I was headed back to pick it up. My granddaughters advent calendar is waiting for me to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And if you need something embroidered, don't buy a machine. They can do it for you! Thank you SO much!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars. Their turn around time for my 2 machines was 3 days, which is phenomenal as 35th see and vac is 6-8 weeks. I thought I had a problem with one machine after service but the tech was kind enough to come on his day off to explain what they do for service etc. that’s excellent customer service right there. They will not disappoint you and they are honest people here! I will come here again!

I took my Husqvarna Opal 650 in to be repaired. It is not a good idea to run over pins! They serviced my machine and had it back to me in almost NO TIME. I also had a tension issue, they adjusted it while I waited. I will never go to another sewing machine repair shop. They recently moved - they are at 3202 Greenway...it is the Northeast corner of intersection, in Suite 1617! You will be glad you did!
